Restorative Yoga offers a rest among all the rush and “busy-ness” of life. This class helps the mind and body relax and restore, and is appropriate for those who want a softer, more nurturing practice. You will find this class slower-paced, well-supported with props and blankets (provided), and most definitely relaxing. Recommended for all levels (new and experienced), and also for those working with special concerns or injuries.
Mellow Flow classes are a slower, simpler flow designed to open your body, release tension, and explore movement throughout your whole system. This class incorporates breath work, focus, and flexibility to create a balance between a calm mind and a mobile body.
A movement -filled class where the breath is linked to a physical flow. Use all of your major muscle groups and bring your joints through their full range of motion. Expect to build heat and feel strong!
Pilates-Fusion is a workout class focusing on core strength, flexibility, and total body conditioning, fused together with a perfect mix of body-sculpting exercises. Including a mixture of standing and mat-based exercises, this is a low-impact workout that is recommended for all levels (new and experienced).
Flow & Restore Yoga
We begin class flowing (energetic fluid movement through a series of poses, connected to your breath), followed by restore (slowing down and opening your body with passive stretching, holding the poses longer, allowing for deep restoration). It is a delicious blend of motion and stillness, all while connecting to your breath. Except to feel challenged in the beginning, and then stretched and relaxed by the end.
Chair Yoga is a wonderful practice of connecting breath and movement while sitting, or standing using a chair for support. This class is designed to help restore vitality, strength, and mobility while rejuvenating the body and mind. It is accessible for all bodies and modified to meet specific needs. This is a great class for the more mature yoga practitioner, as well as those with individual limitations and physical conditions. Recommended for all levels (new and experienced).
Our instructors will encourage you to practice at your own pace and listen to your body. Everybody and every BODY is different, so listen to your body and always respect how you’re feeling at that time.
